At Fat Panda, we want you to love your fit as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all Fat Panda hangtags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, stick it onto your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
